§1 

Definitions used:

1. Cookies - small files that are downloaded and stored on the User’s computer or other device, associated with information about the way the website is used.

2. User - a person who voluntarily uses the services and content available in the Service and the Shop, i.e. browses the pages of the Service and the Shop, places an order in the Shop, registers, subscribes to the free newsletter or contacts via the contact form.
3. Service - the service available at https://redspottech.pl, through which the User may browse the content of blog posts, subscribe to the newsletter or contact the administrator of personal data.

4. Administrator of personal data - the entity deciding on the purposes and means of data processing. The administrator of the personal data of the Users of the Service is:

General provisions:

1. The Service uses cookies in order to provide services and functions tailored to the preferences and needs of the Users of the Service, in particular cookies make it possible to recognise the User’s device and properly display the website, adapted to his/her individual needs.

2. Cookies may be temporary, i.e. deleted when the browser is closed, or permanent.

3. Permanent cookies are also stored after the use of the Service’s pages has ended. They are used to store information such as a password or login, which speeds up and facilitates the use of the pages, and also makes it possible to remember the settings chosen by the User.

Purposes of Cookies:

1. The Service uses cookies for the following purposes:

Final provisions:

1. The Service reserves the right to amend this Cookies Policy in the event that technical solutions used or changes in the provisions of law concerning the privacy of Users require it.

2. In the event of changes to the applicable Cookies Policy, the relevant modifications will be made to the above record, which will be effective from the date of their publication on the Service’s pages.
