RST DELTA
Is a triple-head CO₂ laser cutting system engineered for high-volume processing of textiles, technical fabrics, and flexible materials. Three synchronized 3-axis galvo heads create a unified 1900 × 800 mm work field, expandable to 1900 mm × infinity with integrated conveyor and on-the-fly cutting. Purpose-built for 24/7 mass production in automotive (airbags, seat covers, interior trim), defense (ballistic materials, tactical gear), and packaging industries.
Main goals
- Triple-head synchronization – three 3-axis galvo scanners working as unified system for maximum throughput
- Seamless field stitching – 1900 × 800 mm combined work area with automatic pattern joining across heads
- Endless material processing – conveyor-based roll-to-roll with on-the-fly and segmental cutting modes
- Automated material handling – coreless roll feeder with edge control at input, powered outfeed table for finished parts
- Mass production ready – designed for 24/7 operation in automotive, defense, and technical textile industries
- Scalable laser power – CO₂ sources from 100W to 1000W matched to material and speed requirements
Independent thermal management Three dedicated chillers – one per head – ensure optimal thermal stability during continuous operation.
Multi-industry versatility Proven in automotive (airbags, seat covers, headliners), defense (ballistic panels, tactical vest components).
Triple galvo architecture Three independent 3-axis galvanometric heads with 50 mm optics and integrated dynamic Z-axis.
Unified work field Intelligent field stitching combines 3× 800 × 800 mm scan areas into seamless 1900 × 800 mm zone.
Infinite length processing Integrated conveyor enables continuous roll processing – 1900 mm width × unlimited length.
