Project EU

RED SPOT DEVELOPMENT SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (formerly EUROLASER POLAND SP. Z O.O.) is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds entitled "A new generation multi-head laser cutter for cutting technical textiles."

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Sub-Measure 1.1.1. Industrial research and development work carried out by enterprises, Measure 1.1. R&D projects of enterprises, Priority Axis 1: Support for R&D work by enterprises of the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020.

The aim of the project is to develop an innovative product in the form of a multi-head laser cutter designed for cutting technical textiles, which can be implemented in the Applicant's business. The key advantages of the new solution include increased efficiency and speed of cutting synthetic textile materials.

Results:

- Speed and efficiency of cutting synthetic textile materials significantly higher than currently used knife cutters, laser plotters, and single-head galvanometric cutters designed for single-layer cutting of roll materials up to 1800mm wide.

- Ergonomics and environmental protection - minimizing machine space, energy costs, consumption of processed target and auxiliary materials, and completely eliminating the negative environmental impacts of the production process, such as capturing and naturalizing laser smoke from the cutting process.

- Independent or synchronized areas for parallel operation of laser cutting heads.

EU funding for the project:

PLN 5,443,974.38

Total project value:

PLN 6,979,487.51
